I brought my car in for an oil change and Ken was really attentive and courteous; He even offered to buy the waiting patron drinks. What I appreciated the most was that he was upfront with the time it would take for the service to be completed. I wasn’t waiting longer than I expected to as I have done in the past. Also he went over my vehicle inspection with me pointing out those services that I will need in the near future rather than trying to sell me services. Previously I had the someone so set on trying to sell me on some random service, that he let me leave w/o telling me I needed a simple air filter change.
Overall I got the impression that the facility is trying to step up it’s customer service efforts. It is greatly appreciated.

Dennis was very helpful to me he done every thing just right, Dennis didn’t GIVE UP on me even though I WANTED TOO!!!!!!!!,So kuddos to Dennis the only thing I would like for Dennis to do is not pass out trying to make a deal (SMILE). So I give Dennis two thumbs up and a hugg and look forward to working with him in the future………..
